These can be colour coded and provide another way to create a taxonomy of information and search criteria. When searching, notes are highlighted and by clicking through the phrases that appear in the top search bar, you are transported across the board to each relevant note. When you have hundreds of Post-it notes on a board, the ability to search keywords is another welcome time-saver. You can also copy/paste cells from a spreadsheet, and each cell is created as a separate note. This is great for brain dumps of information or for moving quotes transcripts. When you have finished, click DONE and these items will be created as individual Post-it notes on the board. Every time you press ENTER, a new list item is created. Instead of selecting a single Post-it from the toolbar, bulk mode brings up a text box. You can type directly into the note, change text point sizes, copy/paste from other documents, change the size and colour and move them around the board.Īnother extension of this functionality is 'bulk mode '. To start, select the Post-it icon from the toolbar, change colours and click on the board. Post-it notes can be moved around, much as you do in a physical war room, and we use a combination of Zoom and live-chat to talk through workflows in real-time. Increasingly, we see Miro as a key platform for all our work, potentially providing a single home for every project.
